Join us in welcoming new citizens! The Eugene Division of the United States District Court of Oregon hears cases from the following counties: Benton, Coos, Deschutes, Douglas, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, and Marion.

Sign up is not necessary. A valid, government-issued ID is required to enter the courthouse. A gender-neutral restroom is located on the first floor, on the left side of the hallway leading to the Office of the U.S. Trustee. 

Parking is limited in the area.
The court house is located at 405 East Eighth Avenue in Eugene, Oregon, between Mill and Ferry Streets. Metered parking is available on East Eighth and Ferry Streets, and several small paid parking lots are nearby. For more information check the website.
