Our annual fundraiser for purchasing premium-quality fruit and nuts for ourselves and friends and family begins now and will continue through Friday, November 22, 2024.
This is our most significant fundraising effort of the year, enabling us to fund our increasing operational costs, voter education activities, publications, and community outreach efforts.

We will also offer the option to purchase and donate boxes of fruit and nuts to FOOD For Lane County (FFLC), which works with dozens of organizations to alleviate hunger and food insecurity. In past years, we have arranged for an average of one ton of produce to be donated to FFLC.

Our offerings this year include:

• 10 lb. box of premium naval oranges from California’s San Joaquin Valley
• 20 lb. box of Rio Red grapefruit grown in south Texas
• 20 lb. box of local apples, 50/50 mix of Braeburn and Granny Smith
• 5 lb. bag of cracked Ennis hazelnuts, ready to sort

HOW TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER

• We plan to distribute fruits and nuts on Saturday, December 7th, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 1465 Coburg Road, Eugene, OR  97401 (across the street from Safeway on Coburg Rd.) between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. We will contact you the week before by email, text, or phone to confirm your pickup.
• For tax purposes, buyers will receive a receipt stating the charitable contribution portion of their purchase.
• We will do our best to accommodate buyers who need help to pick up their fruit. Please let us know if you need the produce delivered.
